Earned Systems' approach is to clarify the business question and data scope before any detailed analysis begins.
Contact information
The current website does not send contact-form data to an Earned Systems server. The form prepares an email in your own email application. If you send that email, Earned Systems receives the name, work email, company, role, contact reason, and message you choose to provide so we can respond to your inquiry.
Initial conversations
Initial conversations require no access to your business systems. Earned Systems may ask questions about the workflow, owners, handoffs, records available, and the outcome you want to understand.
Later analysis
When deeper analysis is appropriate, it may begin through screen sharing or an agreed set of sanitized exports. For a growth-system engagement, customer-supplied lead or customer data may be used only when it is needed for the agreed workflow. Earned Systems does not assume direct access to a customer's software is necessary.
Scope and permitted use
Before records are received, Earned Systems and the customer agree on the purpose of the analysis, fields required, permitted use, who may access the information, and any relevant handling expectations.
Retention and deletion
Retention and deletion expectations are agreed before analysis begins. You may request deletion of inquiry information or ask a data-handling question by contacting Earned Systems at the email below.
Email and SMS responsibilities
When an engagement includes email or text-message workflows, the business remains responsible for its customer relationships, approved messaging, consent, opt-out handling, platform requirements, and applicable legal obligations. Earned Systems will not purchase questionable contact lists or send unsolicited bulk messages.
Engagement-specific terms
Formal confidentiality, access, permitted-use, retention, and deletion terms can be documented separately for a specific engagement. This page does not claim certifications or security controls that have not been independently verified.
